Did not have a good experience with the first company, but once I left them and went to Beltone at La Mesa hearing aids. I found the true meaning of what service and backing means. We met Jason on our “hearing aid” search. La Mesa Hearing Aids was on our list. We were greeted by the friendly “do it all” receptionist Sandra, then led into Jason’s office. We (both husband and wife) had our hearing thoroughly tested in a soundproof booth. Afterwards, Jason thoroughly explained our hearing losses and which (of many different devices) would best fit our needs. But Jason hasn’t just “fit us and let us go”. We go back (on his request) very often at first, to fine tune our experience and fit, then we stretch the visits out longer to see if we have problems (and we have had minor). They get fixed right away. We could not be happier with Jason as a person, or Jason as a hearing aid specialist who cares about the people who buy his products. Thank you Jason.

I’ve been using hearing aids for years. I won’t mention any stores. They promised me that they have the best and they will do the job, but thay didn’t work at all. You take them home and try them out and you can’t hear very well so you go back for adjustments and this will go on for months until your past your return time for a full refund. I surched the web and looked at ratings. La mesa hearing aids is on Baltimore in la mesa. I went in without an appointment just to talk. The gentleman that helped me was great, no pressure talk just good conversation. He checked what I was waring and noticed it only had one microphone and that’s one reason for poor quality of hearing. He let me try on a pair after a hearing test, and I was surprised at how much better I could hear. He offered them to me to take home and try out for two weeks. And after one week I’m sold. Even the price is better. That’s two pluses. Check them out you’ll be surprised.

My hearing aids need repair, and the place I got them from would not call me back. So one day I saw La Mesa and San Diego hearing aids. This was the best thing that happened. I stopped in and was greeted by Jason he took a look at my aids and said it was going to be costly to repair. Then he said wait let me see if they’re under warranty, he call and they were. Jason just saved me hundreds of dollars just going over and above. Now I got them on and I’m really happy I found La mesa hearing aids. So if you are looking a fair and HONEST location go see Jason, he’ll treat you right. A true FIVE STAR
